Exchange or return is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase with receipt and labels. The product must be in its original condition.

According to the legislation of Ukraine, goods of proper quality from the following categories are not subject to return and exchange:

underwear and undergarments;

socks, tights and other hosiery;

gloves;

soft children's toys;

rubber inflatable children's toys;

baby products: pacifiers, feeding bottles, diapers and other personal hygiene products;

toothbrushes;

combs and hair brushes;

perfumery and cosmetic products;

personal and sanitary hygiene items;

aerosol products;

printed publications: books, magazines, etc.

Please note: the restrictions apply only to goods of proper quality. If the goods have a manufacturing defect or other shortcomings, please contact us and we will definitely help resolve the situation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
